Role
Senior software engineer at Sikt, the Norwegian agency for shared services in education and research. I’m a full-stack developer on a small team building a Generative AI assistant tailored to the higher education and research sector.
What I work on
- New integrations and user-facing features that broaden the assistant’s reach across the sector.
- Observability so we can actually understand what the model is doing in production.
- Flexible model routing — making sure institutional customers can plug in their own AI models when they have policy or sovereignty requirements that ours can’t meet.
Stack
Python and LangChain on the AI side, Next.js / Node on the application side, AWS for hosting, Kubernetes underneath, GitLab for CI and Grafana for observability.
